Like Disney World Without a Fast Pass (Only Worse..)

*Disclaimer- I apologize beforehand for any improper grammar usage (i.e. comma splices, run-on sentences, sentence fragments, incorrect use of semi-colons/colons/apostrophes/ etc.) that may occur in my posts.*

Waiting to open Christmas presents that have been under your tree for a week is difficult,
waiting for over an hour to ride a cool attraction at Disney World while the fast passers just fly by is trying, and waiting since December to get everything done for a study abroad in Japan and still not being completely finished, is beyond words. Time is ticking until D-Day (September 18th at 7:10 AM, exactly 61 Days, 22 Hours, 17 Minutes and 15 seconds...yeah, I'm that pathetic) and my good friend Jesse and I are still awaiting one last paper from Japan before we can get our student visas to study at Shinshu University. There is so much still to do, but there is a lot that has been done. Here is a list of what has been completed so far:

-Passport work excluding the visa stamp is complete.
-Acceptance letters have been received.
-Contact with the host university has been maintained.
-One-way tickets to Japan have been purchased.
-My good friend Daniel has offered to pick us up at the train station and help us get situated in Matsumoto (our home city).

That is really all of the news that I have right now. For those interested in looking at some photos of our soon to be home city, and the other sites found in Nagano Prefecture, here is a link courtesy of Shinshu University: http://isc.shinshu-u.ac.jp/gallery-e.htm

I have recently purchased a new camera for the trip to Japan and will post photos regulary when I have some new material.
